Exercise under lockdown

Sabaidee! It is almost the rainy season in Laos.

Laos is in lockdown from end of April and swimming pool has been closed to prevent the spread of infection.

We can't swim in the swimming pool but continue to do exercise at home.

Japanese expert (who supported us in Laos but is in Japan now) give us advice for daily exercise and in addition athletes take online lesson by Japanese coach once a week.

We continue to try our best!!
