We had an online seminar!!

We took an online seminar with para powerlifting athletes on the 21st July.

We studied about how to build our body and what we should consider when we build an exercise plan, and set a goal for Paris Paralympic 2024!!! It is difficult for Japanese staff and expert to come to Laos for a while but we try to do activities online.
